About Total Capital Management
Total Capital Management (TCM) is being formed to provide general investment advisory services. TCM specializes in low cost "Exchange Traded Fund" portfolio construction using nonlinear programing and optimization techniques. This technique was originally developed by Harry Markowitz in the 1950's.
